Search problems

When I search titles on the color Nook I just got, the results page takes a long time to load, then it tells me "Sorry, no search results found."  These are titles I know B&N has.  Anybody have this same issue?  Any suggestions?

As well, when I try to browse their categories like "NY Times Best Sellers," I get this same message.

Two years later, I am having this problem using both IE8 and Firefox.  Search works find on my smartphone and my Nook color.
