Just got my 4th replacement nook in 12 months and am having issues with this latest one.The first 3 replacements I got were refurbished, this one is brand new.
I don't want to spend a couple hours on hold with customer service again if someone knows how to fix this.
When I got it, I downloaded version 1.5, registered it.
Instead of going into sleep mode when I am finished reading, it totally turns off and has to start up again next time I want to read. Also, the time changes - it is only the correct time when I have the airplane mode off. Whenever it starts back up, all of my books have the little tag next to them that they are pre-order and I have to turn the airplane mode off and update my library.
Any help? thanks!

I'v never personally seen that with mine, if I dont use it for a few days it will turn itself off. You can always call a local BN store the one near me has their own techs on site that can help with pretty much anything. Much better than the 800 number or E-mail support.
