So my NOOK connects to B&N wifi no problem. It's recognized as B&N hotspot, all web browsing and B&N store works just fine. So I select a book and click "Read in Store", but I get the following error:
Try reconnecting to the server.

I run into the same problem at my local store occassionally. The problem lies not with your nook but with B&N's network system. Give it a few minutes and try again, if it continually fails let store manangement know about it.

The only thing i have to add is that it seems to generate this error if you do not have a credit card registered to your account yet. When I first got my Nook, I didn't have a card registered on the account yet and that kept me from reading in the store. Apparently it still uses the DRM for the "read in store" stuff.
