Unable to Complete Operation

I bought several books on my nook and they appear in my library, but two of them when I click to download I receive the error message, Unable to Complete Operation. All my other book downloaded fine. I have checked my account and there are no issues with my credit card or payment. I have tried unregistering/registering my nook. And the obvious turn it off and then back on; nothing has worked. Any helpful ideas would be much appreciated.

Some people have had success in this sort of case with archivng the books on the web, synchronizing, unarchiving, then trying to download again.

Just out of curiousity, are the books in question supported by your Nook?  Some books don't work on all platforms.

This updated some of the info about my book but I am still unable to download.

What is the book? As mentioned above, not all books work with every nook. I have several enhanced ebooks that I cannot download to my N1E or NST?
