Wall charger doesn't work

My Nook is brand new, but the wall charger doesn't seem to work.  The orange light confirming that it's charging only illuminates when I plug it into a computer.  What's wrong?  Thanks!

Bad wall charger, or outlet not working.

 

Try different outlet, if that fails call customer service for a replacement.

Good luck getting a replacement! I had that same experience when my Nook Color was brand new and Cust Service NEVER followed through in sending new charger. I had to call again and was told AGAIN they would send it and they never did. At that time, the best solution was to go in the B&N store and ask for a replacement charger!
