cant register nook

I just purchased a refurbished nook wifi and when I try to register it, it says "registeration in progress. this will only take a moment"  but it sits there hung up until it goes into sleep mode! Then when I wake it, we are back where we started!

It shows it is connected to my wifi,  I have tried powering it off and back on and the same thing happens.

Time to call Customer Service at 1-800-THE-BOOK (1-800-843-2665).  Select Option 2 for Digital Support, and go through your problem with them.
