I love the new app for ipad and I have downloaded all of the books in my library with the exception of one..when I try to download it I get an error message stating "geographical
constraint..cannot download file in your location" It has downloaded to my nook with no problems. Is there something I can do? Please help

The "Geographical Constraint" message is usually a misleading description.
Your best bet is to call Customer Service at 1-800-THE-BOOK (1-800-843-2665), option 2 for Digital Support. They can check into your account, that particular e-book, and see if they can figure out why it won't download.

I don't have an iPad but it's probably a bug somewhere. Contact Customer Service and let them know what is going on. Remember this is a new App and there are bound to be some bugs.
Hope you get it resolved.
