Anyone else still having download/sync problems?
At the end of the long thread below the administrator is saying the problem is resolved.
We spend 30 min. with customer service yesturday, have done several reboots and are still having problems as of Sunday June 10.
It might have been a bit more helpful if during my call yesturday customer service had informed me about a known problem.
