This morning mine did download my book I purchased yesterday,  but this afternoon again i have purchased a new book and can't get it to load.

I also had this problem on Tuesday when I tried to download a book I had pre-ordered. After several attempts of getting the message that the network was unavailable, I just left my nook with the airplane mode off and set it aside for awhile. I checked back later and the book had been downloaded. I guess they must have fixed the issue by then. I downloaded a book this morning and it went to my nook right away.

I don't remember the thread but I read somewhere on these boards that it could be a battery issue and someone mentioned a possible workaround of charging the Nook fully, taking it off the charger, turning it off and then back on again and then checking for new content. It worked for me, at least temporarily, so it could be worth a shot.

As the original poster of this topic, i can say as of today my books were all downloaded and everything has been restored, Thanks B&N!

As of Sunday June 10 we are still experiencing the download/sync problems.

 

Spent 30 min. with customer service yesturday, have attempted numerous reboots and still not working.

 

Is the problem still being worked on your end?

Still experiencing aits sure with me on dec. 1. Hope it gets fixed.
