Once upon a time I subscribed to three magazines and three newspapers. I canceled two of the magazines and all three newspapers, and deleted all the old back issues from my account. Nevertheless, these artifacts persist in my online library and in the library on my Nook app on my Android tablet. I've tried chatting and speaking to the B&N customer service on the phone to try and remove these artifacts, but no one seems to know how to do it. So I am asking the community. See the three newspapers listed in this image? I canceled them and deleted the back issues from my tablet, my online account, and my Nook Simple Touch. The cover images still appear in my library online and on my Android tablet. Anyone know how to get rid of them? It should show one magazine and zero newspapers.
