I received my HD+ as a Christmas present (December 2012), I had to change my charger cord a few months ago because it was loose in the connection port. Now when I go to charge my HD+ it displays green for a few seconds, then the orange/yellow and then black. It will not charge. Can you give me any insight to what is going on. I really love my HD+, but this is getting frustrating.

Then I would take it back to the store. They can check if it is the cable again, the wall plug this time or the unit itself.
