Hi, new to Nooks and the forum. I just ordered the Ionic Bluetooth keyboard and case to use when traveling on business, where I will need a keyboard. It has a USB cable charging. I am wondering if the keyboard will charge off the Nook HD+ charger. I certainly don't want to travel with a laptop to charge the keyboard, nor do I want to buy a separate USB wall charger device. Thanks

How many USB "units" does it need?
USB 2 "unit" is 100mA at 5v; a powered hub should supply 5 units.
The HD/+ use more like 1500mA (which is why most computer USB are so slow if they charge at all -- new USB computer ports have Charge-only modes, which provide more than 500mA when the computer is off).
Pretty much any thing that can charge an HD/+ can charge practically anything else.

Thanks Wulfraed, that's useful information to know.
Word Search, Kriss Kross, Quote Falls, Hangman - Word Game Pack.
Alarm Clock, Weather, Calendar, ToDo - Alarm Clock & Calendar.
3 Hidden Objects Adventures - 3 Hidden Objects Adventures.

Heck, I underestimated the HD+ charger -- it is rated for 2000mA (2 A).
That's equivalent to four standard USB hubs!
