This problem just surfaced today. I've had the Nook for 5 days. I have only a handful of apps and a few books, 16% memory used. When I try to retrieve the apps, I get a message saying the memory is too full, delete something from the library. It was working fine yesterday. Today I went on Chat, the guy took my info and the chat timed out!

I also had this issue. I took mine to the store and they did a factory reset. I started noticing limited battery life, slow response time, etc. Then I ended up with it stalling at 99% less than 2 weeks later. They gave me a new HD+ 32 gb.
