Hello all! First time poster here,
I'm having a problem with my NOOK HD. It got the new 2.1 update and is coming up with an error: Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped working. Whenever I try to download a few apps that I purchased a while ago on the NOOK app market, they fail saying to uninstall some files from the library then try to reinstall.
These apps were working just fine before the update:
Plants vs Zombies
Some Free Bowling demo game
I'm more worried about PvZ and Fruit Ninja. Anyone have any ideas?
Restarting the NOOK hasnt helped. Someone said I should erase and deregister the nook.. will I be able to get my purchases back if I do that?

Try archiving and unarchiving them. Its been working for the Angry Birds apparently. You will probably lose your progress though.....

This: saying to uninstall some files from the library then try to reinstall.
What is the exact message?
The com.google.apps.gapps refers to the inbuilt Google Apps like GMail and Youtube and such.
If you're getting a message saying they crashed then it seems they aren't working or perhaps they didn't install properly. Can you get them to open up and work or not?
