WHY is it there is no place I can go on the web site to see WHEN my Nook subscritpion is next being charged? All my bank's web site shows is B&N and the amount. All YOUR web site shows me is a date and an amount - NO item. Seriosuly? In the area where you show all the subscriptions, you tell us how much each issue is and the subscription price along with when the next issue comes out. WHY can't it also list when the next billing date is? I even tried calling CS and ask for the info but even they couldn't figure it out! Now that's just crazy and really, just unacceptable. Can we PLEASE do something about that??????
