Missing covers on newly purchased B&N movies and redeemed UV movies in Nook video library.

Status: Open

Since September 11 or 12, 2013, newly purchased B&N movies, and UV redeemed movies that are not listed as unsupported (ones that can be played directly from the Nook video library) are no longer downloading with covers. Only those videos redeemed elswhere, but listed as unsupported in the Nook video library are showing up with covers.

 

This is occurring on all 4 of our HS/HD+ devices.

Same for me and I would assume every nook customer. Absolutely no cover art for any nook video movie or tv show. Just generic blue boxes

I am not getting any box art covers on my video purchases or rentals. This includes ultraviolet transfers to the nook device. I just see a generic blue box on my home screen

Same here. Not all but most of my movies are showing up as blue boxes. When I check details I see the cover and can stream or download. I miss my covers though. I recently erased and deregistered, if that means anything in relation to this problem.

Again, now a week with no interest to solve or even comment, way to go BN! No new release movies have boxart pics, zero. No apps in the shop have screenshots anymore. Ultraviolet connects when it wants, usually half the time and syncs nothing.

I think it we need a method to clear all the data for the nook video app

Since October 3rd, newly purchased or redeemed movies are once again showing covers; however, those purchased/redeemed between September 11 or  12 and October 2nd are still missing covers.
