Nook Simple Touch Power Button

This is my first post to the B&N Community. I bought my Simple Touch two months ago. The power button did not operate properly and I was not able to even get to the internal instruction manual. The store replaced it with a new one. This worked fine until a few weeks ago when I briefly had problems with the button again. A few days ago I had problems turning it on again. Has anyone had similar problems? Can anything be done about this problem?

What kind of problems are you having with it?  Does it feel like it's stuck in a depressed condition?  Or does it feel like it's too loose and isn't making the connection inside?


I haven't had any issues with my NSTGs power button.  But working in B&N I have seen a few where the power button was stuck.  Usually the person bringing it in said they had pressed down fairly hard on the button, some said they didn't and it seemed from how they used their device that they were telling the truth.
