Proble Purchasing

Greetings,

 

I don't know if this is the appropriate place to post this, if not please forgive me and direct me to the correct place.

 

I'm trying to purchase a Nook book form B&N. It is: Face to Face, Volume 1 by Kenneth Boa. However, when selecting the Nook version of this book, I am taken to Face to Face, Volume 2, which I already own. I have been unable to find a way around this.

 

Can anybody assist?

When I searched for Nook Books by author, I got 15 listings, none of which was Face To Face, Volume 1.  It looks like Volume 2 is the only one available.  I do see that Volume 1 is listed in paperback, but not Volume 2 (except through the marketplace).  B&N seems to be cross listing the two books incorrectly.

 

I'd suggest notifying Customer Service, but I doubt they'd be able to help much with this particular problem.  You might have better luck sending a PM to BN_AlexG with the information so he can pass it along.
