Software update wiped out everything on my Nook HD+ - even from the archive. It's all gone.

Status: Duplicate

I don't know what to do. I've been crying for an hour. It took so long to download everything when I upgraded from Nook Color. It's all gone. Everything. I'm just sick about it. Why did they do this? Why?????

Kat, what happens when you restart your Nook?


For people who got this error they had to do a few things


1) Go to Profile privileges and allow access on your profile for apps.


2) Erase and De-register and then register again.


Everyone got everything back.


Please don't cry. It's a problem other users ran into too. And they were able to fix it.

Also if your using profiles that you go to the master profile and enable apps to be seen by other profiles.. There are a few apps that will not be restored to the HD series.. but you should get back your books and most of your apps..
