Website Nookbook Wishlist

Status: Under Review

The Nookbook wishlist on the website still isn't working properly.  The only way I can see books I've added after January 2012 is to sort by date and then sort by date again.  It's been this way since it was "fixed" earlier this year.

Why was this closed?  My wishlist is still exhibiting this behavior.

I still have this issue, it's been over 18 months since it first started.  Am I the only one with this issue, does BN simply not care that the wishlist doesn't function properly?

Still no word from anyone on fixing this issue.  It's utterly ridiculous that this has gone on this long without even any acknowledgment there is a problem.  I am completely fed up with dealing with this.

This issue is still not resolved, there is complete and utter silence from BN on this issue.  I am so completely frustrated at this point with the whole issue.  Why doesn't someone at least acknowledge that there's a problem?   Apparently BN doesn't care about existing customers and wants to make it as difficult as possible to purchase books.  Or perhaps they figure I'll just buy the books at the time I see them so I don't have to deal with this issue.


I've been a long time customer of BN but the lack of even some acknowledgement that there is an issue here, makes me believe that BN is only interested in trying to get new customers and doesn't give a damn about the existing customers.

There will be a completely new B&N website April next year. So I do not expect B&N wll spend time and money to solve problems of the current one.

Yes, we'll this issue has been going on since spring of 2012.  They have had ample time to fix it or at least aacknowledge the problem.  In the meantime I've got a wishlist that annoys me to no end and might force me to just stop buying books.  Telling me oh yeah, it will be fixed in 4 months, meaning I've had the problem for 2 years, just pisses me off.  I'm a huge supporter of BN, but the total lack of acknowledgement of a problem is wrong.
