And no it doesn't. I thought it was a cute way of presenting that and the kids loved it!

Now if you start walking around saying *hey kid, wanna see my nookcolor sing* THEN I'd say there was a problem!!!

My 3 year old LOVES this book.  It's a great way to get your kids into this very old song.  She sings right along, and it cracks me up!

Those are the ones that come with the nookcolor.

I believe they are also available to those who don't own a nook color via the nookapp for windows/ipad etc. (unsure on this, but this is why you may be seeing something that seems 'redundent' if you already own the nookcolor)

I received my nookcolor for my bday just days before christmas.  I was so excited to share it with my daughter while we sat in church an hour early(to get seats) only to find out that the children's books (colors and story about elephant) were not downloaded. I've gone to my B & N account and it tells me that they are not supported by my nookcolor, am I doing something wrong, or do I have a dud?

They are supported and this is some type of error.   I don't have a solution to provide.  I'd suggest one of you call 1800thebook to seek support as this thread remains unsolved.

I have those books and have no problem reading them though am unsure if they were there when I bought it or not.  I may have downloaded them but believe they were there.

Please post a solution after speaking with support for others!

No matter how many times I have tried to download these books it will not take.It tells me that they have already downloaded and to check my library. Help!

Yes I figured it out - Delete them and then re 'buy' them while they are still free. When I did that they downloaded in seconds.

The best way is to archive them and then unarchive them.  That will pull a new copy down from the server.

A little more help for a particularly slow nook user?  The above (delete and re-download) doesn't work as these books don't exist on my device.  What exactly is archive/unarchive?  Thanks in advance!
