A little more help for a particularly slow nook user? The above (delete and re-download) doesn't work as these books don't exist on my device. What exactly is archive/unarchive? Thanks in advance!
Since this is a free ebook, you can log in to your B&N account on bn.com, go into your digital library, and delete it from there. Then you can "repurchase" it. For some people, that fixes whatever was wrong and then the book downloads just fine.
Since it isn't on your NOOK archiving and unarchiving it won't help you, I don't think.
