How to upgrade Go Dog Go to 'Read and Play'?

Hey,

Does anyone know how to upgrade my version of Go Dog Go to the new Read and Play? I remember I received an email about it a while back where you could upgrade for around $2.00, but I think I must have deleted it by mistake! I would love to upgrade it as my son loves this book.
