Just an FYI, we've recently released Angry Birds Star Wars in our store. However, the release is currently limited to NOOK HD/HD+.
The corresponding version for NOOK Tablet/Color will be made available soon. Should you own a NOOK Tablet/Color and have inadvertently purchased the app already, please PM me with order details for assistance.
*The NOOK Tablet/Color version of this app is now available for download*

Seriously? Every other platform has this game except for the Nook Tablet/Color? You would have thought you we be like your competitors’ (Amazon Kindle Fire HD / iPad) and release it for ALL your Tablet Devices, but to place on the one(s) with the fewest Tablets in circulations was probably the most ill thought out marketing plan….no…it was just plain stupid. And why are all your Apps updated so slowly and not in keeping with the competition?

Let's all keep in mind that BN does not update these apps. The developers do that and submit them to BN.com for sale. BN simply provides a way for those developers to sell their wares. So, please, let's not blame BN for these things.
The appropriate course of action is to contact the developer of the app you are concerned about and let them know of the situation. Each app has a link in the Product Details. In the case of Angry Birds, it is (copied from BN.com):
Please contact the developer directly if you would like to report a problem:
- URL: http://www.rovio.com
- Phone: +358451342965
- Email: support@rovio.com
Now, I totally agree that releasing it ONLY on the HD devices is silly, but let's be sure to yell at the appropriate people. ![]()
Thanks.

The description now shows that it's available for the Nook Color and Tablet:
Is this correct?

I noticed the same thing this afternoon; its now available for Nook Tablet?
Hopefully it is, as Im not even sure that the NOOK HD tablet is even available.
I know that BN is trying to sell the new ones, but i hope they do no forget the millions of tablets already out there and that support will continue.
Not to say I'd never update my nook, but as I just bought it less than a year ago (when they first came out for last year's Holidays) its not time yet, heck, I still have my 2 year warranty on it!!!

Bought it for my HD+ and was able to run it on my Nook Tablet too, no problems. Now if Scrabble, Jeopardy, and PlantsVs Zombies would work I'd be even happier.

Plants vs Zombies already works. Be sure to buy the one for your device though.

I'm looking for a few games to be upgraded as well. I'm making sure I E-mail the developer to request an upgrade.

If anyone could tell me if there's a difference between the Nook version and Play Store (HD paid) version, I'd appreciate it. Especially in regards to:
1) Ads - there are complaints even with the paid version on the Play Store, is the Nook identical there?
2) Apparently the Play Store version has in app purchase for extra levels like Jedi. How is that handled on the Nook, do you get the same IAP option somehow (paid from Nook account), are the levels available at no extra cost or are they not present at all?

So, that explains why it won't install or run at all now. How soon for a fix and will it update at all now? Extrremely frustrating. If the update wasn't for the Nook Color a warning banner would have been helpful. Not that difficult guys. April 3, 2013.

I purchased the Angry Birds Star Wars before it was available for Nook Color. How do I get the correct version?
