and my "The economist" download keeps giving me the wrong issue!

Incredible!  No download functionality for over 7 hours and I have just been told that it may take up to 48 more hours for the issue to be fixed.  B&N had no problem charging my Credit Card for the two books I purchased this morning, but did not bother to tell their customers they would not be able to download.  No surprise this company is slowly going out of business.

 

If they cannot deliver the electronic merchandise, they have no ethical reason to take the money!!

 

Get your act together B&N and stop ripping off what few customers you have left.

The problem appears to be fixed, my downloads finally came through about an hour ago.

Hi All, This is nothing new for the nook color. I have been having problems with downloads ever since the 1.4 update many many months ago. BN has no problem charging you for the books, apps etc. But then you can't get them! It is a gross mis-statement for them to claim this is a new problem and they expect to have it fixed in a few days. I have been waiting for many months for them to fix the issue.

bntalk, this issue is not the same one you have.  I would suggest you either call CS or go to a local B&N with your Nook Color. 

 

This issue was resolved.
