And again - problem appears identical to that outlined in this thread. Most recent issue listed in account is Sunday, January 2, but the "next issue scheduled to be delivered" is listed as January 4th.
No indication that issue for January 3rd exists, and it's not downloading to my account.
As a followup to the prior thread about the missing 12/30 issue, I would like to point out that the 12/30 issue is STILL missing from my account (not that I'd want it now anyway, but I was told it would be available ASAP. obviously not the case).
I'm not calling customer support again. I spent 45 minutes on hold last time only to find out that it was a "known issue". No actual answers.
Just to show you what I'm describing, here's a screenshot of my NYTimes issues available. The 1/3 issue is both missing from the list, and NOT indicated as the next issue to be available. In addition, you can see the fact that the 12/30 issue is still missing.
