I purchased a magazine that says is compatible with both mac and iphone but on the mac app the magazine appears but I get the error message sorry we are unable to open this book. the book you are trying to read could not be found please try again (1005) and on my iphone app the magazine doesn't even appear in my library. Is there any fix to it?
