Readers Digest. It is available on the Kindle and its size is similar to the Nook. I've been wanting this since I bought my first Nook.

Newspapers-a-plenty! I'd like to see...
San Francisco Chronicle
Rocky Mountain News
St. Louis Post-Dispatch

The Philadelphia Inquirer and the Philadelphia Daily News. Kindle has both, and their unavailability for Nook has actually caused a couple of customers at my store to buy the Kindle instead.

There is really just one magazine at this time that I'd love to see in epub form.
Idunna: A Journal of Northern Tradition
They already publish an e-format version on lulu.com so at least you would not need to convince them that e-publishing is a good thing. Over there it is only $3 an issue but I'd rather get it right on my nook automagically.
All the main stream magazines I'm sure people will cite several times over so I won't even bother.

The two magazines that I want most aren't available for the Kindle either, so I don't have much hope of seeing them anytime soon on my nook.
Scientific American Mind

Boulder Daily Camera
First and foremost however I wish my Denver Post wasn't so buggy on my nook. Every issue has a problem opening atleast 1 section. B&N has yet to solve the problem(I've been on the phone with CS 6 times about this issue) and the last time I was on the phone with CS they simply replaced my nook. Sorry that last statement was off topic, but I feel like this problem hasn't been addressed properly.
