10 + spam reviews on my book!

Hi, does anyone know how to get rid of spam reviews? I've gotten more than 10 spam reviews - with the persons having a conversation using reviews. They put 1 star, then they chat to each other. It wouldn't bother me so much if there were only 1 or 2, but every day now there's one added. I've flagged them 2 weeks ago, and nothing's happened. It's affecting my overall rating for my book, and i wish i could get them removed. Please help.

Ouch! I wish I could tell you there was a way to remove them, but short of getting someone at BN to do it for you, I'm not sure there is...

It would be nice if they had, like they have on Amazon, a way to open a discussion below the book. Because I think thats why they're using your books page. Easy convenience to find their personal forum/chat room.

Okay, these spam reviews are getting weirder.  I've had a few removed (from 20 down to 15) but now ALL my reviews are being consolidated onto a single page.  Click on the reviews for book 3, and you get the same reviews as for books 1 and 2. In other words, ALL book reviews for ANY of my books are all on a single page.

But you STILL can't get all of my books on a single page if you search with my name. You get the first book and nothing else.

I don't understand why b&n aren't investigating? They are obviously false reviews - they are 'chatting' - why aren't they removed? I tried emailing b&n, and I haven't heard anything for weeks. It's frustrating, when 1 star reviews appear on my book, when you shouldn't be even allowed to post them. does anyone know how to deal with this?
