FYI

Not sure if it is known, but I could not upload my cover image AFTER I had uploaded my eBook file. I received an error message that said my cover image was not the proper pixel size. (Even though I knew it was.)

The fix: I started over, and uploaded my cover image first, then uploaded my eBook file.
