You know, maybe if you hired a team of experts to write and test the software in the first place you wouldn't constantly be having these problems.

I think there should be an audit from the time that Nook Press replaced Pubit which is when the first reports of diminished sales began.

That is the God's honest truth! Everytime a retailer tinkers with something, we indies suffer. I had a hight of 50 sales in March for my short stories. Then in April 34, down to 11 May-Jun, up to a whopping 18 for July and so far going into 5 days in August 0.

I think part of the problem is their lack of logic. My books are under the categories of mystery, legal thriller etc. When you go to those categories there are literally thousands of choices - with no organization. Not alphabetical by author or title. It would be like walking into a brick and morter store and rummaging throough pile upon pile of books.
At least in iBook there is a category for self publshed which sets us apart from the Grishams or Rowlings with their unlimited marketing opportunities. How hard would that be for B&N who should be trying everything in their power to stay afloat.
