bank account information....please help

I opened my pubit! account a few weeks ago. All the bank information has been double checked. I keep getting a message saying the transaction was unsuccessful. Has anyone else had this problem with their account/Wells Fargo?

You have to type in all bank information. If you cut and paste, it is rejected. I hope this helps.
