I would like to clarify the following for the pricing and Payment Terms:
Publisher will, at all times, ensure that the eBook List Price:
1. Is no greater than the eBook's List Price at any other retailer, website, or sales channel.
Can you please help me to understand by answering the following questions?
If I am selling a free resell rights eBook which someone else is also selling it for @ $.99 in Amazon or other website. Can I still sell this eBook in Barnes & Noble? Can I set the price as @ $1.99 or higher?

Whatever ebook you are selling, has to be the same price everywhere. Here, Amazon, Smashwords and anywhere else. Amazon will lower the price of the book if it sells for less here. They have message for buyers to report if they see the book for less someplace else. I think B&N does the same. I hope this helps.
