Has anyone else gotten this message? When I contacted PubIt support about it, they suggested downloading the generated file and viewing off-line. But when I do that, the generated file blows up their reading software and Sony's reader. So clearly the problem is in the generated file before it even gets to preview.
I haven't found any pattern here. Some of my files went up fine; some - very simple or very complicated - fail to generate. Which I typically only find out after a certain amount of effort.
This is more than a little frustrating. Anyone else have any experience with this? Possible solutions?

Oh, yes...sometimes your word doc needs adjustment or tweaking but other times it seems to be a conversion problem on the bn software.....

I have been trying for several days to upload any ebook without any sucess, I have tried to generate a preview with older books that have generated a preview before so I know it is not a problem with the new ebook.
I really can not understand why this is not being fixed in a speedy maner.
