sales numbers issues?

when my numbers from yesterday's sales went into the April month list 5 sales disappeared. Haven't had this happen before. Has anyone else seen this?

Yes, but this is my first week with books live on sale and I thought it was just me! Actually all my sales for the whole day have disappeared and are not included in the April summary.

Its bound to be a glitch of some sort. Am I in the right place, is this the author forum?

I had about $140 in sales from April 12th completely disappear from the monthly totals. Yikes, I hope that doesn't keep happening! I've got an e-mail in and will post when I get a response.

Ok, I went back and checked just a few minutes later, and the sales were there. That was really strange!

Nothing ever gets fixed that fast on Amazon. Frankly I am shocked, but happy!

48 of my 51 sales for Sunday disappeared when the day was added to the monthly... I hope I see as fast a resolution as you! I don't think Amazon fixes it period and I've never had a single problem with B&N before now. Here's hoping!
