My NOOK site instability

My NOOK site (mynook.barnesandnoble.com) seems to be experiencing instability for several days now.

I know there are many more users with units sold over holiday week & the fictionwise conversion, but could we get an update on this?

When can we expect a return to normal?

I am having the same issue. Everytime I go to My Nook it won't load and gives me an "Upstream" error that is clearly technical and not my netbook. I've tried it on a laptop and PC as well - same error so it's not my computers.

Anyone? Ideas?

Well, we'll keep our fingers crossed, but it seems to have gone back to normal today. No weird errors as of yet.

It wouldn't allow me to download any of my books to my NST last night (I had some archived I wanted to redownload). I haven't had a chance to try again today. It keeps giving me a blank page when I try to go to My Nook on the website right now. If I refresh the page it works until I click something. So basically I have to load a page, it comes up blank, hit refresh, etc.

Having the same issue. I also notice that my Nook 1st gen, won't connect to the store from the device. The Wifi and 3g features work fine, but I cannot connect to the store.

Not only that, but they've "lost" one of my Nook 1stEds (a BNRZ100-10).  It still accesses my B&N library "cloud" just fine;  it just doesn't show up.  The older BNRZ100 still shows up.

Nooks: 2 HD+/16GB & 2 HD/8GB: B&N 2.2.0 rooted;
    2 Touch (one Ltd. Ed.): B&N 1.2.1 rooted; 1stEd/3G: B&N 1.7.0 rooted
Dell Venue 8 Pro: Windows 8.1; Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7.0": Android 4.2.2 rooted
LG G3 & G Pad 8.3 Android 4.4.2 rooted; Acer Iconia A500: Android 4.0.3 rooted
