My NOOK site instability

My NOOK site (mynook.barnesandnoble.com) seems to be experiencing instability for several days now.

 

I know there are many more users with units sold over holiday week & the fictionwise conversion, but could we get an update on this?

 

When can we expect a return to normal?

Not only that, but they've "lost" one of my Nook 1stEds (a BNRZ100-10).  It still accesses my B&N library "cloud" just fine;  it just doesn't show up.  The older BNRZ100 still shows up.
