Purchased book not in library

I purchased a book last night and it seemed stuck on "processing" for quite a while. I came back to it later and the book was not in my library, however when I searched for it again it would not let me purchase it because it says I already have it and to check my library. I went to purchase another book and it worked just fine. The missing book appears online on my account. It is not archived. It continues to not appear on my nook this morning. I have used the sync button several times. I have turned my nook completely off and restarted. Thoughts?

Silly first question: is the book restricted to certain devices, e.g. Color or Tablet? No? Then...
This may be a little convoluted, and since this hasn't happened to me I can't say it will work, but it's worth a try:
1) From your online account, archive the item in question
2) Sync your device
3) Check the Archived section to see if is there; if so, unarchive and download
4) If not, unarchive it online and sync again
