Why can't I find the textbook I want in digital format?

I read the FAQ answer to this question, but I don't understand why the book chosen for your demo (Biology/ Edition 8 by Peter Raven, George Johnson, Kenneth Mason, Susan Singer, Jonathan Losos) is not available as an eTextbook?
