I had to format my MacBook Pro's hard drive and now NookStudy doesn't’t recognize it as the old computer. I need to deactivate my old computer and activate the current one. I have exams to study for and this is a problem. Anyone know what to do?
Thanks

Hi Homiegg,
Please tell me what OS you are running and what you have tried to deauthorize the computer. I will get with my folk back east and see what they can come up with and get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
Aloha,
Davan

After talking with some folk here the concencious is that you should contact Customer Support to have them take care of the issue for you.
