Error Signing into NOOK study

When trying to sign into NOOK study, I receive this message, "An Error Occured Creating your Account (#2095)."
I have a Windows XP 64-bit OS, and if there is any other information necessary, I will respond.
Note, any and all responses will be greatly appreciated, as well as my German speaking ability.

Make sure you have port 8080 open on your network/Firewall. You can check using this website.
And enter 8080 in the box.

I do not have a firewall, and firebind found that port unblocked.

Strange. I attempted opening NOOK Study from a network folder as opposed to running the application from a folder on my hard drive and it worked...
Thanks for the help anyway.
