I purchased my eBook at my school bookstore and wasn't told that I needed receipt to get my access code and lost it before I realized. I went back to the bookstore like the FAQ suggested, but they said there wasn't anything they could do because they couldn't retrieve the transaction, and the only way I could get a code was to buy a new one. Is there anything else I can do to get my code??
