Hi! I just bought some eTextbooks yesterday. Then, I downloaded NOOKstudy and installed it. Whenever I try to install it, it stops in the middle saying it has stopped working. But then, when I checked the file, the application was installed. So I ran it, and redeemed the code. But when I am trying to read the text book, it says "LOADING" at the top, and at the middle, it says "Missing Plug-in" and it won't open the book. I emailed and called up the Customer Service, but all they say is restart the computer, redownload the app and the book. I did everything, but still it does not work!! And they just tell me to do the same things. Please HELP!!!!!
I am really in need of the book!!!

This sounds like your installation of the app. broke half way through. Have you tried to Un-Install the application completely and Re-Install? What operating system are you running on?

I use windows 7 64bit. The installation stops at the middle, yes. I do not know what is the problem, but it stops. I tried deleting the file and installing it again, but the same problem occurs. Please help.

Have you tried to uninstall your NOOK Study application? Uninstall the application completely by going to Settings -> Control Panel -> Add and Remove Programs -> NOOK Study and click on Remove.
Once you uninstall, please reinstall the application. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/nookstudy/download/i
After uninstalling and reinstalling the application if you are still experiencing this issue please let me know.
