Original Problem:
I purchased a Digital Textbook through my school bookstore and I installed Nook for Mac. There is no 'add item' or 'redeem' options of which the instructions refer to.
'Add Item' is not present in the left side panel of Nook for Mac
So what happened was I downloaded Nook for Mac instead of Nook Study, which I feel like should be integrated first off. The 2nd thing was that Nook Study wouldn't let me log in because my password contained special characters...
So problem solved...
