I have yet to be able to get a successful log-in attempt for the NOOKstudy, in order to even type in my information, i have to set my clock back 3 hours. After that, I have typed in all of my information correctly, re-installed 6 different times now (some through firefox, others through Internet Explorer) I have run the program as administrator, made sure that it has 100% access to my PC and nothing has worked.
I did see a work around to remove any uppercase, symbols, and numbers from the log-in password, but when I try to attempt that B&N tells me that there has to be a number somewhere in the password, I have contacted Tech Support multiple times, and I have yet to recieve any kind of help at all.
I am about ready to see if I can work with my college about trading my eTextbooks for the physical ones I am so sick of this, if anyone has any other ideas for me to try before I go about doing this please let me know.

So sorry to hear that you are having problems with your NOOK Study app. Can you provide the following:
1.) Is there any error?
2.) What type of Computer (Mac or PC), OS, Firewall, Bits do you have?
3.) What type of NOOK Study software version is being used?
4.) Are you currently connected to the internet?
5.) Is the password entered correctly in the NOOK Study? Can you also please try signing in from the Barnes & Noble website?
