Wow, first off, I'm surprised and not so surprised at all the complaints! I have had my issues with billing and downloads too, it's very annoying. It's not a good process. I wish there was more competition in the e-textbook niche, I'd like something that works correctly!!!
Which brings me to my original purpose of this visit - a complaint 
The page numbers at the bottom of the screen cut off some of the words when reading the page in a smaller font to see the entire page at one time.I can't attach a screen shot to here to show you, but it's annoying.
I need to be able to scroll down to see the words under the text box that shows the last line of the page, but when I scroll down one more milimeter, it skips to the next page.
Meaning, I have to use a bigger font that makes me have to scroll down each page. I can read small letters and I prefer to see everything at once.
It's a small thing, but SUPER annoying! There's a lot of space between the bottom of the screen and the page number box.
I wish that someone had actually TRIED THE PRODUCT OUT before releasing a newer version. I last updated the software today, 11.16.11
