Yesterday I tried to access Nook Study for the first time in a week after going back to school from spring break. The program would not open. So I downloaded the update for it. I was able to access my books, but today I restarted my PC, and now I get this error:
Sorry, we are unable to open this book.
Your Adobe certificate has been corrupted. Pleaes call customer service.....
I tried calling customer service and they told me to take it up with Adobe. I don't know what to do. I have a test Friday and I planned on studying tonight and now I can't access any of my books. Best way tor each me is thecandlespastore @ gmail.com if anyone has a solution.

Thanks Erin, I already solved the issue. I called 855-310-8438 and I was told to go into settings in Nook Study, de-register my account. Close Nook Study. Reopen it, and then re-register and re-download the textbooks. Worked perfectly.
