Textbooks disappear

I'm having a bit of a panick attack. After I closed out of nook study today and opened it back up, it said that I had no books or docs, which is ridiculous because just before closing I had all eleven of my books. When I go to my library on barnesandnoble.com however, all of my books are still there.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's still saying I have nothing. Help please

You probably already tried this but I was a little confused when I first got nookstudy, but when it is open, and you look on the left hand side make sure you have clicked on "All Books & Docs" otherwise if you are in a subject and haven't added them to that subject then you will see nothing.
