We all know that eBooks can't be downloaded directly from the OverDrive page to your nook.To transfer downloaded eBook from computer to NOOK, of course, you need to make sure the eBooks format can be supported by NOOK. NOOK supports TXT, PDF, Word, and ePub format. If your eBooks are none of these formats, what you nedd to do?
First: you need to convert them to NOOK supported format with PDF converter and PDF creator.
Please Note: if your books have DRM protection, remember to remove the DRM first. More information about How to Transfer eBooks from Computer to Nook Tablet here.

Or, you can just use Calibre. It's a free download (unless you'd like to contribute to the developer), and will convert just about any format to epub (except DRM of course). Calibre lets you fix any metadata you need to, add or change the book cover, and keep your library organized.

There are a ton of free utilities for creating PDFs from viewable files. The Bullzip PDF printer for Windows, for instance, is excellent.
Calibre rocks and converts to the far superior epub format automatically.
Properly configured, Calibre lets you manage your own DRM rather than relying on your vendor for access to your library.

Nice walkthrough roustabout. I followed it this morning. I didn't know Calibre could be configured that way, thanks.
