Instead of just "DroidFont", I see that there are "Arial", "SimSun", "Times New Roman", "MingLiU", "PMingLiU", "Cambria" & "Consolas" in the codes.
Do I need to install those fonts to the Nook first? or are they already included in the Nook Tablet?

No, you don't need to install any of those fonts to the Nook Tablet. Those are the fonts in my original Chinese documents. Each time when I found a new font in my document, I added that font to that list. For your case, you only need to include the fonts in your documents.
"DroidFont" may or may not be necessary to be listed, and I included it so I don't have to worry about it.
